Complaints Procedure

We strive to provide a high quality service to all our clients.  In the event of any concern about the service provided, please do not hesitate to contact the Solicitor who is handling your case in the first instance.  If the problem is still not resolved please contact the Managing Partner (Nicholas Morrison) who will investigate your complaint fully.
