We are looking for a 4yr+ PQE Dispute Resolution solicitor to join the Dispute Resolution team at Allan Janes.

The DR team is led by Toby Walker, a Solicitor Advocate who also sits as a Deputy District Judge. Toby deals with a wide range of general civil litigation, often reaching into new areas where the needs of our clients require it.

The role we are seeking to fill would suit a general civil litigator wishing to grow their practice, but the firm has a fantastic client base and we have plenty of interesting work in the following areas:

• unfair prejudice petitions, contract disputes, and other decent commercial litigation, often in the High Court

• all aspects of property litigation, commercial landlord and tenant claims for arrears, dilapidations, and forfeiture, and real estate disputes, such as boundaries, estoppel and easements

• employment law experience would be a bonus

We have dedicated specialists for contested probate and personal injury, but there are often opportunities for the wider DR team to be involved on larger or more complex cases in these areas also.
