Jen joined Allan Janes in August 2023 as a Chartered Legal Executive in our Wealth Management and Taxation Team.
Jen qualified as a lawyer via CILEx in 2011 at firm in the East Midlands, while working full time as a Paralegal, into the area of Criminal law. After a relocation to the south, she decided to pursue other opportunities before returning to private practice in Private Client, which she now has over two and half years’ experience. To supplement her experience in Private Client having changed practice area, Jen recently obtained a CILEx Level 6 Single Subject Diploma in Probate Practice and is looking forward to embarking onto the STEP Diploma shortly to further supplement her specialist knowledge.
Jen has experience in drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and in the administration of estates.
Outside of work, Jen is very busy with her young family. She loves to spend time in the great outdoors walking their dog, and spending her summer holidays with the family in Cornwall.
