Nicolle Marchant

Nicolle joined Allan Janes in December 2023 as an associate solicitor in our Commercial Property and Corporate Department.  She qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and worked in Corporate law before taking a career break to bring up her two children.  She returned to law in 2019 working this time in Commercial Property.

Nicolle specialises in all aspects of commercial property including freehold sales and purchases, sale and purchase of sites for small to medium developer clients, landlord and tenant matters as well as acting for both lenders and borrowers in preparation of loan agreements, legal charges, and debentures.

Nicolle also handles corporate matters such as small to medium business and share sales and purchases, shareholders agreements and corporate governance.

When not at work Nicolle enjoys walking, all aspects of cookery and going on city breaks.
