As regularly readers of my blogs (if such persons exist!) will know well, the horror of asset protection trusts and the looming mis-selling scandal in respect of them, are somewhat of my cause célèbre.

Following the publication of this blog, which I am glad to know has found a life of its own online, I have interviewed with the BBC, spoken to Members of Parliament, and most recently appeared in this article in the Telegraph, all to raise awareness of this issue. Not to mention, I am very glad to say, helping a large number of clients from all over the Country who have read my article and managed to avoid this awful planning because of it.
