Wills and Estate Planning

Everybody needs a Will and yet all Wills are not created equal.

Whether you are a parent looking to ensure that your children are taken care of after your death, or you are looking to incorporate sophisticated wealth management structures into your Will, we will be pleased to help.

Both members of our team are full members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (having completed their post graduate qualfication in Trust and Estate Practice and making us the only fully STEP qualfied department in the Home Counties). As such, we are able to advise both in terms of your succession planing (i.e who gets what and when) and also the tax efficient management of your estate both during your lifetime, and thereafter with considerable care and detail.

We have particularly expertise dealing with cross-border estate planning, private businesses, and succession planning when there are many factors that might affect your estate in the future. Regardless of the size of your estate, or the make-up of your family, we will be able to guide you through.

Whenever we discuss your Will, we always undertake a full review of your estate, advising on your inheritance tax position, the management of any digital assets, and giving you proactive advice tailored to your individual circumstances.
